Every treatment at Kovara begins with a consultation. We take the time to understand your natural features, treatment history and the results you want before deciding on the approach that’s right for you.
We assess your natural lashes, brows and skin, taking into account your individual features and condition before recommending a treatment.
We’ll talk through previous treatments, what you loved, what you didn’t, and anything that hasn’t worked for you before.

You don’t need to know before you book. Every treatment at Kovara begins with a consultation where we’ll discuss your concerns, assess your natural lashes, brows or skin, and understand the result you’d like to achieve. From there, we can recommend the treatment best suited to you.
Your consultation is part of your appointment. We’ll discuss your treatment history, any concerns or sensitivities, what you’d like to achieve and assess the area being treated before deciding on the best approach for you.
Yes. Patch testing is required at least 48 hours before your appointment for certain treatments, including lash lifts, brow lamination, tinting, waxing and chemical peels.
You’ll need a new patch test if you’re a first-time Kovara client, haven’t visited us in over 12 months, or have had a change in your medical history or circumstances that may affect treatment suitability, such as pregnancy.
Your safety always comes first, so we’re unable to carry out treatments requiring a patch test without a valid test on record.
Many of our treatments can still be enjoyed during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but some are not suitable. We do not perform treatments during the first trimester, and treatments such as microneedling and chemical peels cannot be carried out during pregnancy. We’ll always advise you on what is suitable before your appointment.
Yes. All clients must be aged 16 or over to receive treatments at Kovara.
Where possible, please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin, brows or lashes, depending on the area being treated. This allows us to properly assess the treatment area and gives us the best base to work with.
For brow and skin treatments, avoid exfoliating products and active skincare ingredients, such as retinoids and exfoliating acids, in the treatment area beforehand. For lash treatments, please arrive without mascara or eye makeup.
Any additional preparation specific to your treatment will be provided when booking.
Our full treatment menu, current pricing and availability can all be viewed through our online booking system. Simply choose your treatment, preferred team member and a time that suits you to book your appointment.
Kovara requires more than 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend your appointment, will be charged 100% of the treatment price. Deposits are non-refundable where the required notice has not been provided.
